For those sports lovers looking for adventure the Gave (the river that flows through Argelès)is an excellent playground for all sorts of white water sports including kayaking, rafting and hydrospeed. And why not spend some time at the high rope adventure course or go paragliding at the Hautacam or in the Val d’Azun ?
The spas of the Vallées des Gaves (the Gaves Valleys) keep the traditional Pyrenean well-being alive, thanks to completely renewed facilities giving access to firts-class hydrotherapeutic cures, keep-fit stays and thermoludism.
